REFINERY TECHNICIAN - PROCESS (3-CYCLE SHIFT)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and optimal operation of process units
  • Ensure workplace safety by proper asset upkeep, supporting function testing on safeguarding system and proper control on work activities in the plant
  • Participate in plant shutdown & start-up and process unit troubleshooting work activities

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or NITEC in Chemical Process Technology (Petrochemicals or Pharmaceuticals) OR
  • At least GCE "O" level with credits in English, Mathematics, Science (Physics or Chemistry)
  • Fresh ITE / Polytechnic engineering graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
SENIOR / ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a group of Technicians/Technical Assistants and manage contractors in the execution of refinery maintenance activities
  • Implement reliability programs and develop maintenance procedures for instrumentation & electrical equipment to facilitate consistent execution of maintenance tasks
  • Investigate instrument & electrical equipment failures or malfunctions in order to identify root causes of problems as well as recommend and implement solutions

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in oil refinery/petrochemical or related industries. Candidate without relevant experience may be considered for entry-level position
  • Knowledge of DCS, PLC and ESD systems is preferred
REFINERY TECHNICIAN - MECHANICAL
OIL INVENTORY ASSISTANT (3-CYCLE SHIFT)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate documentation for shipping and tank truck operations
  • Generate oil inventory entries to document oil movements and checking oil inventory data
  • Reconcile hydrocarbon inventory movements
  • Assist in other oil inventory and related support duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” level or NITEC
  • Numerically inclined and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP will be advantageous
  • Experience handling shipping documents in oil storage terminal operations will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
REFINERY TECHNICIAN - OIL MOVEMENT (3-CYCLE SHIFT)
Senior / Reliability Engineer (Rotating Equipment)

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyse incidents pertaining to rotating equipment failure or malfunction in order to identify root causes of problems and recommend & implement solutions.
  • Identify, analyse and troubleshoot machinery deficiencies and make recommendation for improvement.
  • Monitor and review implementation of Preventive Maintenance program to achieve high plant availability.
  • Monitor Condition Monitoring program, analyse and propose recommendations for predictive maintenance.
  • Establish programs and initiatives to maximize plant availability and equipment reliability

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 4 years’ experience in maintenance of plant equipment especially rotating machinery, preferably in oil/petrochemical or related industries
